MSME Registration

Quick MSME registration in Goa — classification under the revised 2025 limits, access to priority-sector credit, tender preference and delayed-payment protection, and registration on the Udyam portal — all handled for you, free of government fee.

Overview

MSME Registration, handled end to end.

An MSME is a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise, classified on a composite criterion of investment and turnover. From 1 April 2025 the limits were raised — Micro: investment up to ₹2.5 crore and turnover up to ₹10 crore; Small: up to ₹25 crore and ₹100 crore; Medium: up to ₹125 crore and ₹500 crore — bringing many more businesses into the net.

MSME status unlocks real advantages: priority-sector and collateral-free lending, government tender preferences, protection on delayed payments (the 45-day rule and Section 43B(h)), and various subsidies. Registration is done on the Udyam portal and is free — we confirm your classification and register you correctly.

Frequently asked questions

MSME Registration, answered.

What are the revised MSME limits from 2025?

Effective 1 April 2025, the limits were raised — a Micro enterprise has investment up to ₹2.5 crore and turnover up to ₹10 crore, a Small enterprise up to ₹25 crore and ₹100 crore, and a Medium enterprise up to ₹125 crore and ₹500 crore. Both the investment and turnover conditions must be met.

How is MSME classification determined?

Classification uses a composite criterion of investment in plant, machinery or equipment and annual turnover, applied uniformly to manufacturing and service enterprises. The data is linked to your PAN, GST and income-tax records through the Udyam system. We confirm your correct category.

Is MSME registration the same as Udyam?

Yes, in effect. MSME registration is now done through the Udyam Registration portal, and the certificate issued is the Udyam Registration Certificate. The terms are used interchangeably, and we handle the Udyam registration that gives you MSME status.

What are the main benefits of MSME registration?

Benefits include priority-sector and collateral-free lending under schemes like CGTMSE, preference in government tenders, protection against delayed payments through the 45-day rule, subsidies on items such as patents and ISO certification, and easier access to various government schemes.

What is the delayed-payment protection?

Buyers must pay registered micro and small enterprises within the agreed period, capped at 45 days, failing which interest applies, and Section 43B(h) of the Income-tax Act denies the buyer a deduction until payment is made. This gives MSEs a strong tool to enforce timely payment.

Is there a fee for MSME registration?

Registration on the Udyam portal is free of government charge. We charge only a transparent professional fee for confirming your classification and completing the registration correctly, so the certificate is right the first time.
