Annual Filings

Timely company annual filings in Goa — the AOC-4 financial statements and the MGT-7 or MGT-7A annual return, plus the related annual compliances — prepared accurately and filed within deadline every year, so additional fees and penalties never accrue.

Overview

Annual Filings, handled end to end.

Every company must complete its annual ROC filings after the AGM — chiefly the financial statements in Form AOC-4 and the annual return in Form MGT-7 (or MGT-7A for small companies and OPCs). These have firm deadlines tied to the AGM date, and late filing attracts daily additional fees.

Around these sit director KYC, auditor appointment and, where applicable, DPT-3 — a connected annual cycle. We prepare and file the full annual set on time, reconciled with your accounts and audit, as part of your company compliance; and if past years are pending, we can clear them under CCFS-2026.

Frequently asked questions

Annual Filings, answered.

What are a company's annual ROC filings?

The core annual filings are the financial statements in Form AOC-4 and the annual return in Form MGT-7 (or MGT-7A for small companies and one-person companies), filed after the AGM. Connected annual compliances include director KYC, auditor appointment and, where applicable, the DPT-3 return.

What is the difference between AOC-4 and MGT-7?

AOC-4 is the filing of the company's financial statements with the ROC, while MGT-7 is the annual return giving details such as shareholding, directors and changes during the year. Both are annual, with their own deadlines, and we file each correctly.

What is MGT-7A?

MGT-7A is the abridged annual return form for small companies and one-person companies, which is simpler than the full MGT-7. We determine which form applies to your company and file accordingly.

When are the annual filings due?

The deadlines are tied to the date of the AGM — AOC-4 is generally filed within 30 days and MGT-7/7A within 60 days of the AGM. Missing these attracts daily additional fees, so we file well within the deadlines.

What happens if annual filings are late?

Late annual filings attract additional fees that accrue per day of delay, and prolonged default can lead to penalties, director disqualification and strike-off. If you have pending years, the CCFS-2026 scheme currently allows clearing them at a 90% fee reduction, which we can handle.

Do dormant or inactive companies still file annually?

Yes. Even inactive companies have annual obligations — a dormant company files Form MSC-3, and a company that has not formally gone dormant still owes its annual returns. We keep the right filings current based on your company's status.
