CA Management Trainee
A launchpad role for a newly qualified CA — rotate across functions, work close to leadership, and grow into a client-facing professional fast.
About the role
Our Management Trainee programme is built for newly qualified CAs who want accelerated, broad exposure. You'll rotate across audit, tax, advisory and firm operations while working closely with partners.
What you'll do
- Rotate across audit, direct tax, GST and advisory engagements.
- Support partners on client deliverables and internal projects.
- Prepare reports, analyses and compliance documents.
- Engage directly with clients under guidance.
- Contribute to process and quality improvements.
What we're looking for
- Recently qualified CA (ICAI), 0–2 years experience.
- Strong fundamentals across tax, audit and accounts.
- Eager to learn, adaptable and ambitious.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
