It is a simple, login-based reservation — you propose up to two names, pay the prescribed fee, and the Central Registration Centre approves or rejects, with one resubmission allowed.
RUN only reserves the name — it is the first step. The actual name change then needs a special resolution, MGT-14 and INC-24 approval before a fresh certificate of incorporation is issued. We run the RUN reservation and the full company name change that follows, so your rebrand is legally complete.
