Trademark & IP · Panaji, Goa
End-to-end trademark registration in Goa — a thorough trademark search, the right class selection, accurate Form TM-A filing, and full prosecution through examination and publication — so your brand becomes a registered, enforceable right.
Overview
Registering a trademark begins with a search to check the mark is available, followed by filing Form TM-A in the correct classes. Once filed, you can use the ™ symbol immediately, and the application moves to examination and then publication in the Trade Marks Journal.
Getting the search and class selection right at the start avoids costly objections and refusals later. We file accurately, respond to any examination objection, manage the publication stage and any opposition, and see the mark through to the registration certificate.

Frequently asked questions
You start with a trademark search, then file Form TM-A in the relevant classes with the Trade Marks Registry. The application is examined, published in the Trade Marks Journal, and if unopposed, proceeds to registration. We handle each step for you.
A search reveals identical or similar existing marks that could lead to objections, oppositions or refusal, wasting your fee and time. A proper search lets you choose a registrable mark and the right classes, greatly improving the chances of a smooth registration.
Yes. Once you have filed the application you can use the TM symbol to indicate that you are claiming rights in the mark. The R symbol, however, can only be used after the mark is actually registered.
You should apply in the classes that cover your current and reasonably intended goods and services. Filing in too few leaves gaps in protection, while filing in unnecessary classes adds cost, so we help you select the right ones.
If there are no objections or oppositions, registration can take several months to a year or more, depending on Registry timelines. Objections or oppositions extend it. We keep the application moving and respond promptly at each stage.
The application is examined for compliance and conflicts, and an examination report may raise objections to which we respond. If accepted, it is published in the journal for opposition; if unopposed, it proceeds to registration and the certificate is issued.
